Winnipeg Transit Plus to bring policy changes to City Council

We’re improving Winnipeg Transit Plus to make it easier, more reliable, and more accessible for everyone.

As part of these continual improvements, we are recommending updates to three of our key policies:

  • Eligibility
  • No-Show and Late Cancellation
  • Carry-On Bag

In January 2026, we presented the draft changes to customers, stakeholders, and the public through a series of information sessions. You can view our Public Information Summary online.

On Monday, June 29, 2026 we are bringing a report with the recommended changes to the Standing Policy Committee on Public Works. You can take part by:
