As of Sep 22, 2022 14:55, route 53 is under the effects of a detour. This detour affects the following stops:
- 10627 – Northbound Main at Pioneer
- 10761 – Westbound Pioneer at Main
- 10763 – Eastbound Portage at Main
Reroutes are as follows:
- Route 53 (to Norwood) from Main Street will start later at stop 10638 – Southbound Main at Pioneer
- Route 53 (Norwood to Downtown) from Main Street will reroute following these instructions:
- Travel along Main Street and turn west on to St Mary Avenue
- Continue along St Mary Avenue and turn north on to Fort Street to temporary service at stop 10646 – Northbound Fort at Portage
