Where to find us
Winnipeg Transit Customer Service Centres are open with precautionary measures put in place to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. When visiting Customer Service Centres, customers are asked to follow social distancing measures including:
- Please avoid visiting if you are feeling unwell.
- Maintain a reasonable separation between yourself and others.
- Wearing a non-medical mask that covers your nose, mouth and chin at all times is strongly recommended.
- Be kind to others who may not be able to wear a non-medical mask.
- Practice good hand hygiene by washing your hands, and refrain from touching your face.
Customers are reminded they can renew and load their peggo cards by visiting one of our partner agencies, online, or by contacting 311.
