Updates to the Automated Phone Service

Changes are coming to our 24/7 automated phone service.

When you call 204-986-5711 after our trip-booking system launches, you will notice new, improved functionality. We will now be able to identify and authenticate customers through their phone numbers.

All authenticated customers will have the option to:

  • Receive an updated estimated time of arrival for their next ride
  • Book trips to commonly travelled destinations
  • Cancel an existing trip
  • Speak to a customer service representative

The ability to check fare account balances will no longer be offered. This is due to changes in our fare processing.

We urge customers to have the most up-to-date information on their profiles. Unrecognized phone numbers will be forwarded to a customer service representative.
