Assessments for service take place at this location, and customers can also purchase fare products. Trip bookings are not accepted in person.

The following is a step-by-step guide to cancelling a trip using the Automated Phone:

  1. To cancel a trip, press 2.
  2. Please enter your Winnipeg Transit Plus registration number followed by the # (pound) sign.
    For example, press 1 2 3 4 5 #
  3. Now please enter your 4-digit pin followed by the # (pound) sign.
    Press M M D D # where the digits are MONTH MONTH DAY DAY based on their birthdate, and for single-digit months or days, add a leading zero. For example, a pin for a July 30 birthday would be ‘0 7 3 0 #’.
  4. Please select the date of the trip you would like to cancel. For example, January 2, 2015, would be 010215. Press * (star) to repeat this menu.
    Press 0 4 0 6 2 3 for tomorrow, April 6, 2023.
  5. You will hear details for each trip for that day.
    Press the number for any trip you want to cancel or the # (pound) sign to cancel all trips that day.
  6. To confirm cancellation of all trips, press 1.
