Change a Trip

If you need to change the time or destination of a scheduled trip, call 204 986-5722.

You will be directed to a Winnipeg Transit Plus dispatcher who will try to accommodate your change request. In the event that the requested change cannot be accommodated, the passenger will have to decide if they wish to cancel or keep the original trip booking.

Please note:

  • Transit Plus is a shared-trip service, and schedules are made to ensure the most efficient service delivery. As such, we are not able to make same-day time changes. If your appointment finishes earlier than your scheduled trip and you’ve arranged alternate transportation, please call the automated service 204-986-5711 to cancel your return trip.
  • Drivers are not authorized to make changes in trip times or pickup or drop off locations. All requests for changes must go through the Winnipeg Transit Plus office.
  • Passengers are not permitted to request the driver to drop them somewhere other than the originally requested address unless it is along the pre-scheduled route. Winnipeg Transit Plus vehicles operate on a scheduled service delivery system. Dropping at a different location disrupts this schedule and is an inconvenience to other passengers.
