Your personal information is being collected under the authority of The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) and is protected by the Protection of Privacy provisions of the Act. This information will be used for providing Transit services and will not be used or disclosed for any other purposes, except as authorized by law.

The personal information collected for the peggo program will be used to add fare credits, to allow users to take advantage of various discounts, credits, and services available, and to secure fares in the event of card loss or theft. The identifying information will not be used or disclosed for any other purpose, except as authorized by sections 43 and 44 of The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA). Non-identifying information about the fare/rider will be used to enhance transit services.
