Charter Bus Service - Inquiries and Bookings

Complete all pertinent information on this form and then select the “Submit” button. Your quotation request will be returned within five (5) working days of the receipt of this form. Our charter representative will contact you and provide you with the best possible quote for your charter request based on the information you have provided.

Please note that:

  • We require a minimum of two weeks advance notice to consider a charter request.
  • This quotation is subject to change without notice until a signed contract is received.
  • Charter bookings are not considered finalized until trip details and price quoted are confirmed by Winnipeg Transit and agreed to by the customer in writing. The bus will not be dispatched if the booking has not been finalized.
