Trip Times
Customers will be provided with a 30-minute pick up window at the time they make their trip request.
Customers who have been placed on a waitlist due to lack of availability at their requested time who have not opted in for notifications must contact Winnipeg Transit Plus to find out if their requested trip has become available and to collect their exact trip pick-up windows
Receive your pick-up window times by:
- Opting in for notifications.
- Calling a Winnipeg Transit Plus Representative at 204-986-5722 anytime after 5 p.m. the day before you requested to travel.
If you need to cancel your trip, call our automated service line at 204-986-5711 or our Contact Centre at 204-986-5722 as soon as possible to allow Transit Plus to provide service to another customer. Trips must be cancelled at least 30 minutes before the time a pick-up window begins to avoid a ‘no-show’.
