As of Aug 30, 2023 09:00, route 28 is under the effects of a detour. This detour affects the following stops:

  • 20540 – Northbound Omands Creek at Winfield
  • 20541 – Southbound Omands Creek at Winfield

Reroutes are as follows:

  • Route 28 (Brookside Express to City Hall) from Eagle Drive will reroute following these instructions:
    • Travel along Eagle Drive from a temporary stop on Eagle Drive between Brookside Boulevard and Lucas Avenue and turn east on to Lucas Avenue
    • Continue along Lucas Avenue and turn south on to Brookside Boulevard
    • Continue along Brookside Boulevard and turn east on to Eagle Drive
    • Continue along Eagle Drive and turn east on to Oak Point Highway
    • Continue along Oak Point Highway and turn south on to King Edward Street
    • Continue along King Edward Street and turn west on to Logan Avenue
    • Continue along Logan Avenue and turn north on to Omands Creek Boulevard
    • Continue along Omands Creek Boulevard and turn west on to Winfield Way
    • Continue along Winfield Way and turn west on to Omands Creek Loop
    • Continue along Omands Creek Loop and turn east on to Winfield Way
    • Continue along Winfield Way and turn east on to Omands Creek Boulevard
    • Continue along Omands Creek Boulevard and turn east on to Logan Avenue
    • Continue along Logan Avenue and turn south on to King Edward Street
    • Return to regular service

    • Continue along Winfield Way and turn east on to Omands Creek Boulevard
    • Continue along Omands Creek Boulevard and turn east on to Logan Avenue
    • Continue along Logan Avenue and turn north on to King Edward Street
