  • 50543 – Southbound St Anne’s at Sherwood
  • 50544 – Northbound St Anne’s at Bank
  • 50545 – Southbound St Anne’s at Victory
  • 50546 – Northbound St Anne’s at Humboldt
  • 50547 – Northbound St Anne’s at Imperial
  • 50549 – Northbound St Anne’s at Clonard

Reroutes are as follows:

  • Routes 55 (St.Anne’s to St. Vital Centre via Dakota), 55 (St.Anne’s to St.Vital Centre via Meadowood), 59 (South St. Anne’s Express to Aldgate) and 59 (South St. Anne’s Express to Island Lakes) from St Anne’s Road will reroute following these instructions:
    • Travel along St Anne’s Road and turn west on to Oakleigh Place
    • Continue along Oakleigh Place and turn south on to St Mary’s Road
    • Continue along St Mary’s Road and turn east on to Regal Avenue
    • Continue along Regal Avenue and turn south on to St Anne’s Road
    • Return to regular service
  • Routes 55 (St.Anne’s to University of Winnipeg via Dakota), 55 (St.Anne’s to University of Winnipeg via Meadowood) and 59 (South St. Anne’s Express to University of Winnipeg) from St Anne’s Road will reroute following these instructions:
    • Travel along St Anne’s Road and turn west on to Fermor Avenue
    • Continue along Fermor Avenue and turn north on to St Mary’s Road
    • Return to regular service
