(NOV 12/24) Eastbound and Westbound Portage Ave E – Between Main and Westbrook
As of Nov 12, 2024 13:57, routes 10, 38, 43, 50 and 56 are under the effects of a detour. This detour affects the following stops:
- 10762 – Westbound Portage at Main
- 10763 – Eastbound Portage at Main
- 10764 – Westbound Portage at Westbrook
- 10802 – Southbound Westbrook at William Stephenson
Reroutes are as follows:
- Routes 10 (St. Boniface-Wolseley to Wolseley via Tache), 10 (St. Boniface-Wolseley to Wolseley-Provencher via Provencher), 38 (Salter to Templeton & McPhillips), 43 (Munroe to Assiniboine), 50 (Archibald to University of Winnipeg) and 56 (St. Boniface to Downtown) from Pioneer Avenue will reroute following these instructions:
- Travel along Pioneer Avenue and turn south on to Main Street
- Continue along Main Street and turn west on to Graham Avenue
- Continue along Graham Avenue and turn north on to Fort Street
- Continue along Fort Street and turn west on to Portage Avenue
- Return to regular service
- Routes 10 (St. Boniface-Wolseley to St. Boniface via Provencher), 10 (St. Boniface-Wolseley to St. Boniface via Tache), 43 (Munroe to Kildonan Place), 50 (Archibald to Sage Creek) and 56 (to St. Boniface) from Portage Avenue will reroute following these instructions:
- Travel along Portage Avenue and turn south on to Main Street
- Continue along Main Street and turn east on to William Stephenson Way
- Continue along William Stephenson Way which will become Water Avenue
- Return to regular service
