As of Dec 13, 2025 07:00, route 28 is under the effects of a detour. This detour affects the following stops:

  • 11113 – Northbound Arlington at Portage North
  • 11114 – Northbound Arlington at St. Paul

Reroutes are as follows:

  • Routes 28 (Arlington – Stafford to Garden City Hub) and 28 (Arlington – Stafford to Templeton Walmart via Garden City Hub) from Arlington Street will reroute following these instructions:
    • Travel along Arlington Street and turn west on to Portage Avenue
    • Continue along Portage Avenue and turn north on to Burnell Street
    • Continue along Burnell Street and turn east on to St Matthews Avenue
    • Continue along St Matthews Avenue and turn north on to Arlington Street
    • Return to regular service
