Changes are coming to our 24/7 automated phone service.

When you call 204-986-5711 after our trip-booking system launches, you will notice new, improved functionality.

All authenticated customers will have the option to:

  • Receive an updated estimated time of arrival for their next ride
  • Book trips to commonly travelled destinations
  • Cancel an existing trip
  • Speak to a customer service representative

The ability to check fare account balances will no longer be offered. This is due to changes in our fare processing.
