Application for refund
There is a new form for requesting refunds from our former fare payment from account system.
Please download the form, fill it out, and drop it off at B-414 Osborne St. or fax it to 204-986-6555.
Hours
Our Transit Contact Centre is available 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day, including holidays. We are also available to assist customers outside of those hours when our vehicles are on the road.
Press option three to reach our Registration and Assessment unit. It can assist with questions about:
- Transit Plus applications,
- service extensions,
- appeals, or
- mobility aids.
Registration and Assessment is available Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., closed on weekends and holidays.

Available 24/7 for customers to book, cancel and check the status of trips without waiting on hold.
You will need your Transit Plus customer registration number and 4-digit pin to access the automated phone service. If you forget or wish to change your PIN, speak with a Customer Service Representative by calling 204-986-5722. Customer Service Representatives will ask you or your designate verifying questions before making changes to your PIN.
